FirePortal

Owner Setup Guide

Managed Setup

Set up FirePortal without touching code, Firebase, or Netlify.

FirePortal creates the community backend and first owner login during activation. The owner only needs a Payhip license key, community name, desired link, and admin login details.

No Files Owners never edit config files, source code, or deployment settings.
No Firebase Setup FirePortal manages the database and backend functions for the community.
One Link Members use a link like community.fireportal.pro and land on the portal login.

Keep Open

Useful pages

Payhip

Open your Payhip receipt or library page so you can copy your license key.

Step 1

Find your Payhip license

After buying FirePortal, Payhip gives you a License Key and Product Key.

License Key: URCKP-AREG6-C6EZ7-Y3JCQ
Product Key: 4McT3

You only need the License Key for activation.

Step 2

Activate the community

Open the activation page and fill in every field:

  • Payhip License Key
  • Buyer Email
  • Community Name
  • Desired Link Slug
  • Owner Admin Email
  • Owner Admin Password

If the slug is cfpd, the community portal link will be:

https://cfpd.fireportal.pro

Use lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes for the slug.

Checkpoint: Activation should show the portal link and confirm the Administrator login was created.

Step 3

Open the portal

Open the community link from activation.

https://cfpd.fireportal.pro

The root link automatically redirects to:

https://cfpd.fireportal.pro/portal

Sign in with the Owner Admin Email and Owner Admin Password from activation.

Checkpoint: You should land on the portal dashboard.

Step 4

Configure the community

After signing in, open Admin, then Owner Config.

Set:

  • Department name
  • Short name
  • Portal name
  • Logo URL
  • Public page text
  • Website link
  • Discord invite
  • Discord webhooks

Click Save Configuration.

Checkpoint: Refresh the portal and confirm the community branding appears.

Step 5

Add Discord webhooks if wanted

  1. Open Discord.
  2. Open the channel where messages should post.
  3. Open channel settings.
  4. Click Integrations.
  5. Click Webhooks.
  6. Create a webhook and copy the URL.
  7. Paste the URL into Owner Config.

If the community only wants one webhook for everything, paste it into Default Discord Webhook.

Step 6

Invite staff and members

After Owner Config is saved, use the portal workflows to process applications, create accounts, and assign roles.

Roles available in the portal:

Member
Officer
Command
Administrator

Use Administrator only for trusted owners.

Troubleshooting

Common problems

Activation says the license is wrong

Make sure the Payhip license key and buyer email match the purchase.

The slug is taken

Pick a different slug. Slugs must be unique across FirePortal.

I cannot log in

Use the Owner Admin Email and Owner Admin Password from activation. The password must be at least 6 characters.

Owner Config does not appear

Make sure you are signing in with the owner admin account created during activation.

Discord messages are not sending

Check that the webhook URL is correct, the Discord webhook still exists, and Owner Config saved successfully.
